How you’ll make a difference
You will be responsible for supporting assigned stakeholders, developing strong relationships to effectively drive key chapter business functions and partnering with chapter leaders and mentors to deliver programs and services that support the maintenance and growth of existing PMI chapters, successful delivery of member value, and opportunities for long-term partnership with chapter leadership. Promoting the growth of PMI’s presence and influence with chapters and actively drive business activities aligned with PMI’s 4.0 growth strategy. Supporting satisfaction and retention in assigned regions, ensuring strategic focus and alignment with PMI’s corporate objectives, operational strategies and market needs.
What you’ll bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum 3 years in an account management and business development capacity.
Understanding of a business to consumer (B to C) environment highly desirable.
Customer-facing experience, with a particular focus on problem solving and resolution of customer issues.
Demonstrated success with a consultative sales style to help as well as influence stakeholders.
Ability to work as a team member of major projects and initiatives with multi-discipline internal and external team members.
Positive track record of business results and proven ability to develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and generate organization growth.
Demonstrated ability working with customers, volunteer leaders and external organizations from diverse cultures and backgrounds with a track record of positive relationships with material outcomes.
Demonstrated strength with digital technologies, including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and CRM
Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
