It is sales focused, does not focus on internal employees and doesn’t sit on the HR team*** ***SVP, Training will be referenced throughout the job description as that is our internal title*** Purpose of Division: The Training Division aims to build the capacity of the community development field through the development and provision of essential tools, learnings and services. Training is comprised of five distinct functions: Design, Production, Marketing, Delivery and Evaluation of a broad array of training and leadership programs as well as the sale of NCHEC Publications.
