The International Association of Venue Managers represents a diverse global community of 7,900+ members from public assembly venues and product and service provider organizations. IAVM’s mission is to educate, advocate for, and inspire public assembly venue professionals worldwide. The ideal candidate will have experience in membership recruitment and relationship-building, with a specific focus on adding new members and supporting our retention goals. To position ourselves for financial success, revenue targets will be implemented for this position that will contribute to the $2.2M department budget.
