OVERVIEW The State Relations Director enables NSPE to be a nationwide federation, which strengthens our capacity to carry out our mission. The State Relations Director will partner with 50 state societies and the membership body strengthening NSPE’s ability to offer education, resources, and networking.  JOB PROCESSES/RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage a multi-level service model for 50 state societies to include membership strategy and resource allocation. Actively engage with state leaders; establish continuity in planning and operations and identify services and programs for state societies. Facilitate coordination across state offices to align program support with national priorities and
