The IAFC is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our events and conferences team as the Director of Conferences. The director will develop, implement and coordinate multiple large-scale, high-profile conferences and expositions, virtual events, workshops, and meetings including the IAFC Annual Conference, Fire Rescue International (FRI). Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Implementation of department vision, fiscal goals, and planning related to conferences. Management of department timelines, projects, deliverables and vendors. Leadership and development of departmental staff. Creation and maintenance of IAFC’s competitive advantage within fire and emergency service conferences and events.
