We are seeking a strategic, service-driven Senior Conference Services Manager to lead the planning and execution of group events across our full-service, multi-outlet resort. This role blends leadership, operational excellence, and guest-focused hospitality to deliver seamless, high-impact events from start to finish. About the Role: The Senior Conference Services Manager is the operational and strategic leader of the Conference Services department. You will oversee all group meetings, conferences, and social events from post-contract turnover through departure, ensu
