Education and Registration Associate   Reports to:         Vice President for Education Type:                   Full Time (In Office & Remote) – required three days in the Herndon, VA office Updated:            November 2025   Position Objective: NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is seeking an Education and Registration Associate. This position serves as the registration lead for NAIOP’s 7-9 annual conferences and meetings. In addition to managing event registration, the associate will provide administrative support to the education team, assist the government affairs team with select tasks, and contribute to general office operations.
