The individual selected for this position will be responsible for organizing and leveraging client data to support the implementation of Dynamic Benchmarking’s SaaS software application for associations. The Account Manager will work closely with the client and our internal teams throughout the implementation life cycle to understand business requirements and determine the data points and structure needed to allow the software to function within those requirements. The Account Manager is the main point of contact and support representative for all Dynamic Benchmarking clients.  He/she will support the client to ensure that purchased software systems meet clients’ technical specifications.
