Administrative Assistant - AP/AR
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the Association’s overall administrative functions and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, support office administration, and contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient work environment. The position works closely with the other staff members to ensure the accuracy of member records, timely response to members’ needs and utilization of association’s services. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 - 25 hours a week. Duties: General Administration Sort and distribute incoming mail; drop outgoing mail in box.
