As AMT’s Marketing Content Strategy Manager, your vision and leadership will guide our Marketing Content Strategy Team. Your strategies will drive our website traffic, email engagement, and lead & revenue generation. Our Marketing Technology (MarTech) Operations Supervisor will collaborate with you to execute marketing plans through integrated marketing campaigns to continue building AMT’s brand awareness. You will have our Marketing Content Specialist on your team to partner with on content and collateral creation.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Effective collaboration with Marketing Department and AMT Leadership to conceptualize and implement marketing content strategies through targeted integrated marketing campaigns.
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring deadline and budget management
Partner with our Strategic Partnerships team to innovate our lead generation approach
Be our brand ambassador, monitoring brand guideline implementation including Style Guide Development
Here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus. (Business, Communications, or Marketing Related Fields)
5+ years of Strategic Marketing Planning (Creating Marketing Strategies, Integrated Campaigns, Advertising, and other activities to drive lead generation and revenue)
Successful experience in market and selling products/services
Experience collaborating with other Marketing Management to execute Marketing Initiatives.
3+ years healthcare marketing experience, preferred
Excellent attention to detail, communication, project management, and presentation skills.
Proficient use of MS Office (including SharePoint and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
CRM and web-based CMS experience a plus
Previous people management experience
Willingness to travel up to 20%
You must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas.
