SUMMARY OF POSITION Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Membership & Credentials, the Credentials Specialist will assist the credentials department with activities related to individuals seeking their designations in IIBEC’s credentials program and maintaining these designations through continuing educational hours and a yearly renewal fee.
