Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Governance Specialist will play a pivotal role in maintaining the association's governance structure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration among committee members and volunteers. By effectively managing volunteer engagement, the Governance Specialist will contribute to the overall success of the ABA, improve volunteer satisfaction, and help build a strong and dedicated community committed to advancing the organization's mission.
