We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Associate Director, Learning Programs. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative learning initiatives and programs to empower and advance women in engineering and technology.    This position will oversee our professional learning programs, the online advance learning center, the leadership competency model, SWE’s executive leadership program (eXXec), and our learning programs functional area. Responsibilities include overseeing goals, content, and publication/implementation for new high-potential learning initiatives that focus on professional engineers.
