Summary: This position reports to and supports the Executive Director in the development and implementation of the Association’s mission and policies. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of Clean Water Act programs such as NPDES permitting, Water Quality Standards and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) development; is versed in water quality topics like nutrient pollution; emerging contaminants and climate change; and has experience with project management.This position is accountable for accomplishing program objectives and will manage multiple projects and meeting planning, along with other ACWA priorities.
