The 460+ member businesses of the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association (MSBIA) are made up of local builders and developers, professional and trade associates, and affiliate members, accounting for over 9,200 employees and roughly 21,400 family members. As a member of the federation of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), we fight for the American dream of homeownership. The Membership & Council Director plans and executes a strategic membership sales and retention plan for the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association (MSBIA), including develop and implement member recruitment, engagement and retention programs that projects MSBIA’s message and brand to building industry professionals in SW Florida.
