The American Association for Justice (AAJ®) is seeking a Staff  Attorney for the department of Sections and Litigation Groups and the Exchange, which provides lawyers with practice area specific resources and networking to strengthen their practices. AAJ works to preserve the constitutional right to trial by jury and to make sure people have a fair chance to seek justice when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others—even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations. The Staff Attorney is responsible for developing and updating Litigation Packets, resources focused on topics common in plaintiff trial lawyer’s practice, and assisting Section Officers to research and identify litigation trends and case updates.
