The International Franchise Association (IFA) is actively seeking dynamic and accomplished candidates to fill the Director, Membership and Engagement position.  The Director is integrally involved with members, volunteers, sponsors, and staff to grow the membership base through member value programs and products, new members, and retention of existing members. Primarily manages strategies related to membership recruitment and engagement including retention and a holistic membership engagement strategy via member segments and personas, including the duties listed below as well as other related items as needed by the staff team.
