Position Summary: The Director of Membership will work to implement the Senior Director’s strategies to increase outreach, oversee the consistent tracking of member and prospective member interest and engagement, work with the team to ensure data integrity, and oversee all processes for recruitment and retention. The Director will oversee the ACCC membership budget development and ensure that membership revenue meets or exceeds budget. The Director will serve as the day-to-day contact for ACCC Delegate Representatives. This will include all new member orientations, responding to questions about member benefits, and identification of ACCC and OSS members to serve in leadership positions throughout the organizations.
