This position supports and collaborates with all six members of the CEWD team and provides direct supervisor to the organization’s Member Services Coordinator. Additionally, the position interfaces with several people and departments within the Edision Electric Institute. There is a large amount of interaction with individuals within the energy sector and related stakeholder organizations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
This position has the physical demands of sitting and standing on a regular basis. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the inside of the office to access office machinery and attend meetings. The person in this position operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. Must be able to lift at least 5lbs periodically.

3-4 years of applicable experience with the ability to work with groups and manage projects. Experience in related field (association management, non-profit sector, communications) preferred.
The salary range for this role begins at $80,000. Starting annual salary will be determined on individual qualifications. CEWD/EEI also offers an annual performance incentive which is prorated for mid-year start dates. This incentive is typically up to 10% of base salary. This is a hybrid position which requires the incumbent to reside in the District of Columbia metropolitan area and come into the office a minimum of two days each week. All employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or receive a medical or religious exemption.
