As the Senior Administrative Specialist, you will provide day-to-day support for the CEO, Chief of Staff, Governance team, and select VIP guests as needed.  You will work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.  This position has high visibility and significant interaction with member volunteers, leaders, and partner organizations and supports the goals and mission of APIC.  This position reports to the Chief of Staff.

Qualified candidates offer:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience providing senior-level administrative support
• 3 years of experience providing project management support
• Knowledge of event management planning (including pre/post and onsite logistics management)
