This position is ideal for a membership professional who is excited about improving the experience for members, partners and supporters of the National Bar Association (NBA). This includes assisting with the member experience from recruitment efforts to welcome and onboarding and making sure our members know the value of their membership, so they renew annually. This position regularly interacts with members, partners and other stakeholders.
