The Membership Services Manager serves as a key contact for IDA members including urban place management organizations, government agencies and corporations throughout the United States, Canada and abroad. This position is responsible for developing and executing membership growth plans to drive overall member experience and organic growth, and retention strategies and recruitment campaigns aimed at increasing market share of prospective membership.
