Accounting Coordinator
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Vice President & CFO and the Assistant Director, Finance in the day-to-day operations of the finance department ensuring that financial operations run smoothly. There is a heavy focus on the cash receipts and accounts receivable process. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Manage and process Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions including monitoring, journalizing, and tracking all bank account activity. Make recommendations for write off of uncollectible accounts. Responsible for processing cash receipts from all sources, such as bank lockbox receipts, regular check deposit receipts, and internal/external credit card receipts. Prepare and make check
