The ULC Director of Research and Data will catalyze action for meaningful change by driving research, data analysis and data visualization for libraries to maximize community impact. Libraries are key community fulcrums of learning, support and inclusion – central to the future of cities across North America. The Director of Research and Data is a storyteller who uses cogent quantitative data and best practices to elevate the voice of urban libraries both at the North American level and within local communities.
