The American Association for Justice (AAJ®) is seeking a Membership Manager for its Membership department. AAJ works to preserve the constitutional right to trial by jury and to make sure people have a fair chance to seek justice when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others—even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations. The Membership Manager supports the department in increasing acquisitions, recruitment, retention, member benefits, member satisfaction while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position will work with attorneys and Trial Lawyer Associations across the country. Preferred location is in Washington, DC or a major city in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, or Mid-West.
