The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is seeking a Director of Component Leadership Programs responsible for the development, promotion and activation of programs targeting volunteer leaders at affiliated local and state associations. This professional will develop and deliver leadership training, orientations, and conferences, designed to enhance volunteer leadership skills, raise awareness of Federation value, and foster a leadership pipeline to the national organization. Professional will create tools and resources to support and promote volunteer leader development by NAHB’s affiliated local and state associations.
