The Membership Manager is responsible for driving membership on-boarding, engagement, and retention. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the member application and renewal processes; supporting member on-boarding and engagement efforts; data collection, management, and analysis; developing and managing reports and dashboards; and providing exceptional member and customer service.
