MANAGER OF MEETINGS & EVENTS
Position Overview The Manager of Meetings & Events is responsible for the planning and execution of IAMC’s bi-annual Forums and Quarterly Board meetings. The overall success of the Forums is based on member ratings, budget management, and staff effectiveness. The Manager of Meeting and Events leads and oversees the IAMC team on all projects which support the Forums and Board meetings. The Manager of Meetings and Events works collaboratively with outside vendors including hotels, caterers, rental facilities, audio-visual companies, ground transportation companies, etc. Secondary functions may include special projects, committee staff liaison for Future Sites Task Force, assisting the President/CEO, and other association management duties as assi
