Necessary skills:

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:                    

• Evaluates existing partnerships and sales efforts to build on what works and change what doesn’t.
• Builds and maintains relationships with event vendors.
• Negotiate space sales and other related contracts
• Collaborates with various levels of colleagues from executives to contractors in order to develop the business objectives, concepts, deliverables and timelines.
• Ensures detailed planning and execution of project and evaluates outcomes based on metrics for quality and quantitative measures.
• Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for large annual event.
• Assist with sponsorship fulfillment programs, to ensure creation, collection, inventory and fulfillment of sponsor benefits.
• Contributes to overall team success by identifying problems and proactively seeking out methods to improve self-performance and/or efficiency of an operation or task
• Facilitates continuous communication between exhibitors/sponsors, attendees, and contractors to meet the needs of the show and WANADA,

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years related work experience in a similar role – sales, project/event management.
• Proven track record in sales, managing personnel and delivering operational success
