Summary: The Meeting and Events Manager (MEM) is responsible for planning and organizing education programs, meetings and special events for the California Lawyers Association (CLA). The MEM coordinates all logistics and accommodations including but not limited to site selection, contract negotiation, food and beverage, transportation, and audio-visual equipment. The MEM assists with the development of educational programs, promotion development, facility planning and logistics, meeting registration and operation of the CLA Annual Meeting, CLA Solo Summit, multi-day Section and CLA educational meetings, and other events as assigned.
