We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Member Services Representative to assist members in areas such as retention, recruitment, dues payments, billing cycles and peer recruitment, and explanation of policies as needed/required. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Field Operations and the Senior Director of Membership. Responsibilities include providing the necessary support to meet the organizational goal of growing and maintaining membership in all populations.
