The Forum on Education Abroad has an immediate opening for a Member Services Manager. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Member Services Manager works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and serves as a senior member of the operations team. The Manager is responsible for handling both day-to-day and strategic membership engagement for the organization, achieving membership renewal and growth targets, and administering and planning utilization of the association management system. The Forum’s programs and services are recognized as providing best practices for members’ education abroad endeavors.
