Position Purpose The meetings and membership coordinator will assist in arranging all meetings/events for ASPPH, the onboarding and tracking of ASPPH members and the annual award nomination and selection process. Primary Responsibilities Meeting tasks may include: •Assist the meeting and membership directors in managing internal and external event operations •Assist in the research and selection of meeting locations based on event guidelines •Schedule calls with program/planning committees •Draft text for meeting invitations/website/programs including hotel information, local attraction information, ground transportation, etc. •Develop invitation lists with staff leads •Coo
