GENERAL SUMMARY The Member Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to foster and increase member and volunteer engagement and experience at all levels of the organization. This position manages the multi-channel approach to supporting our members and volunteers to deliver the value of membership effectively. This includes strategic leadership for existing volunteer leaders and development of strategies to increase volunteer and member involvement at all levels of ENA.
