The Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA) wishes to outsource its bookkeeping with primary responsibilities of posting transactions, accounts payable, bank deposits and reconciliations. CHTA is also responsible for providing monthly financial support to the CHTA Education Foundation, a 501c-3 non-profit and quarterly to CSHAE (a membership group of less than 25 individuals with limited projects). Confidentiality, reliability, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications, as well as excellent customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
