Summary The Senior Director of Member Services provides leadership and strategic direction for the association’s member services, PHCC’s Enhanced Service Groups (Construction Contractors’ Alliance (CCA), Quality Service Contractors (QSC) and Union-Affiliated Contractors (UAC). This role is responsible for customer care initiatives; developing strong partnerships with state and local chapters and fostering leadership development throughout the Federation. Responsibilities also include managerial oversight, financial and budgetary responsibility for the development of programs and initiatives in these areas.
