Join BIAA as its part-time Education Program Coordinator and you’ll help us make a difference as a key member of our team. BIAA is a fully remote organization.
The part-time Education Program Coordinator assists the Director of Education Programs in implementing the Brain Injury Association of America’s (BIAA’s) education programs for professionals and consumers.
Assist with the coordination of in-person conference logistics as needed.
Schedule and moderate online trainings, and ensure that trainings are recorded and formatted for BIAA’s Marketplace.
Develop moderator materials for online and in-person education programs.
Coordinate logistics for meetings of BIAA’s education program planning committees.
Manage speakers, including collecting written materials, speaker agreements, and bios.
Apply for continuing education approvals for applicable programs.
Maintain accurate records for education programs.
Develop program evaluations and compile responses.
Create education program completion certificates.
Assist with customer service emails and phone calls related to education programs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Non-profit meeting coordination experience preferred, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including customer/member service experience.
