Work with the Chair of the Credentials Committee to review and process new member applications
Manage member transactions, dues payment, meeting registrations, etc.
Compile various membership statistical reports and maintain the ASRS membership database;
Assist with the design and execute a recruitment and retention membership campaign;
Respond to incoming e-mails in a timely manner using good judgment and grammar in all written interactions
Assist in responding to inquiries related to the abstract submission process and requests for CME certificates
Provide support for Annual Meeting deliverables including managing Film Festival judging and ordering awards, identifying eligible members and ordering honor award certificates, ordering poster certificates, assisting with signage, and uploading corporate/CMP eblasts into Constant Contact
Manage the FASRS annual inductions
Manage website updates, such as posting job listing in career center and meetings on virtual calendar, uploading archived educational materials, etc.
Create reports, e-mail templates, and mail merges, as needed
Assist with triaging telephone calls
