Summary of Position: The Manager, Member Services will be responsible for ensuring AHP’s most important and key member accounts are seeing value from their AHPrime membership, and the benchmarking platform in particular. The Manager will lead training and onboarding sessions with new and tenured members and attend quarterly calls with those members to highlight key findings in the data and provide assistance in navigating AHP content. Manager, Member Services responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of members and connecting with key member business executives and stakeholders.
