Our members currently operate about 50,000 miles of track and serve a broad mix of industries and nearly 10,000 customers. You will work closely with department heads to provide them with information they need to run their departments and assist with budget preparation.
You will play a “hands on” role on managing the full cycle of payables-following the carefully crafted process created by the Association. You will also oversee the bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts, investment accounts and other financial instruments.
Your curiosity will play a fundamental role in this role by continuing to cultivate new ways to improve processes, policies, and procedures. You will have the opportunity to provide direct feedback to leadership on time saving initiatives and leverage our recently implemented Intacct system to improve efficiencies.
From time to time, you will be asked to interact directly with our members at our various events, through email and via phone.
