The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) is seeking a Director of Membership & Member Services to provide strategic direction of the organization’s membership and customer service programs. This position is located in Washington, DC with generous telecommute options.
As the Director of Membership & Member Services, you will provide strategic direction and oversee the organization’s membership and customer service programs including the membership marketing strategy and implementation. This position will also direct the acquisition and retention of members, membership database management, member services, collateral revenue programs, and customer service program implementation and monitoring. This position will have special focus on CRM/AMS technology and the use of data to support innovation and success in membership retention and growth, as well as optimized revenue
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field plus five years of experience in membership and two years of management experience. NBAA is seeking an innovative leader with a successful history of developing strategic alliances, excellent strategic planning and database skills, and experience with non-profit membership marketing programs. Experience with iMIS and Fonteva/Salesforce as well as direct marketing experience is preferred.
