The American Dental Association is dedicated to promoting the public's health through its initiatives in research, education, advocacy, public awareness and the development of standards.
The position is responsible for providing support to our Aptify customers. This individual must be able to work with team members to achieve a high level of customer support, maintain problem resolution databases, document resolutions, follow-up and take ownership of calls in a timely manner and be able to take problems, projects and issues through to completion while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include creating views and reports within the Aptify system to assist users with needs, configuring Aptify to fix problems or create solutions, and keeping user permissions up-to-date.
This position can be 100% remote.
BS/BA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment using a CRM. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of experience is required.
Needs proven ability to work with customers of all levels of proficiency.
Ability to learn and support systems.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
