Deputy Executive/Num. 2 Executive, Education and Training, Finance
The Director of Finance and Administration will assist the Executive Vice President/CEO in the day-to-day management of the organization by serving as the lead in administration, finance, contract management, supervision of continuing education and membership services, as well as other duties as assigned. Experienced association professional needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related business area. Master’s degree in Public Administration or related field is ideal. Preferred candidate will have experience in association and/or non-profit management. Knowledge of health care industry and/or continuing education programming is beneficial. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally QuickBooks. Ideal candidate will have previous administrative and financial experience, demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), and proven ability to compile, organize, summarize, and analyze data. Experience supervising others and working in a team environment is preferred.
