Summary: Provides service support for WEFTEC exhibitors. Administers communications to WEFTEC exhibitors and contractors. Manages exhibitor records and directories for WEFTEC. Provides administrative support for WEFTEC exhibition operations and staging.
Principal Functions: • Provides exhibitor customer service support • Assists the Director, Exhibition Operations with development of exhibitor services materials, projects, and day-to-day exhibition operations • Maintains and updates WEFTEC exhibitor service content in Map Your Show • Prepares, proofs, and manages routing schedules for exhibitor lists for print and electronic media for WEFTEC • Develops and schedules e-mail blasts for WEFTEC • Responsible for weekly report pulls of exhibitor data for WEFTEC or assistance with set-up of API reporting with existing contractors • Responsible for review of all exhibitor directory submissions for WEFTEC in Map Your Show • Assists with post-show analysis of exhibitor data for internal and external reporting • Assists with set-up, update and review of exhibitor content in mobile app • Cooperatively maintains exhibitor database with Coordinator, WEFTEC Sales, oversees development of operations reports • Travels to WEFTEC to assist in exhibition management office • Assists with WEFTEC contractor invoice coding and processing • Assists with Specialty Conference support as needed
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2 years’ conference or exhibition administrative experience or other high-level administrative experience • Proficient using MSOffice, Map Your Show or similar AMS database, Adobe Acrobat, Episerver, and e-mail • Deadline and detail oriented with accurate follow-through • Strong customer service orientation • Excellent proofing and editing skills. • Ability to travel and work at conference site including weekend work/travel, usually 1 time per year

This person will work primarily in an office environment using standard office equipment, but onsite duties will require longer periods of standing and/or walking.
