The American Dental Association is dedicated to promoting the public's health through its initiatives in research, education, advocacy, public awareness and the development of standards.
The Manager, Dental Continuing Education is responsible for the successful planning, implementation, and execution of the ADA's Learning Programs for dentists (including SmileCon) and serves as the staff liaison to the CAM CE Chair and CE Planning Group. This position curates and develops educational content, designs transformative learning experiences to ensure ADA learning offerings are the most cutting edge, relevant, and innovative dental education programs in the industry, and in the process, produces tangible member value and net income for the association. This position is responsible for incorporating best practices in adult learning into ADA's learning programs.
BA/BS with a minimum of 5 years of combined experience in developing, curating, and managing educational content, coordinating volunteer functions, digital content delivery, and meeting planning. In lieu of a BS/BA, a minimum of 9 years of experience.

There will be times when extensive evening and/or weekend work might be necessary to meet critical deadlines.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of large meetings, especially medical meetings.
