The Appraisal Institute (AI) is seeking a Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for developing and managing the strategic marketing programs for the Appraisal Institute's education services and publications. You will also act as lead advertising in AI-owned print and digital properties.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure implementation of marketing programs for education services for all course offerings and publication book launches and ensure each program meets targeted sales
• Manage trade show program and seek new inventive ways to generate leads.
• Be the lead for external print and digital trade advertising for programs
• Oversee LinkedIn advertising programs.
• Develop creative content for education and publications email advertising
• Administer the internal advertising program for publications including Appraiser News Online, Residential Update and Valuation magazine
• Plan and maintain the advertising calendar for these publications
• Ensure that partners deliver materials and creative assets to meet close dates
• Manage sales for Appraisal Institute's publications
• Secure new vendors and opportunities to generate sales. Develop and post annual media kit to solicit advertising
• Act as secondary lead for email deployment and integration.
