The Appraisal Institute is seeking a talented Marketing Email Specialist who has the skills, ability and desire to make a difference in our organization.   Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for managing monitoring and recommending improvements for the Appraisal Institute’s email marketing program.

Responsibilities:

• Support all departments through new email initiatives
• Recommend and implement improvements to emails directed to members, students and external stakeholders
• Maintain target program email distribution lists
• Integrate and ensure accuracy of the email lists into Higher Logic/real Magnet email platform
• Coordinate the marketing efforts for the Institute’s annual conference and serve as project manager for the development and delivery of content, marketing materials and communication
• Manage the development of the activity calendar and Appraisal Institutes email calendar
• Administer the Opt Out and SPAM email listings and requests
• Fulfill chapter requests for materials
• Keep online chapter tools and operating manual up to date and recommend related improvements
