A customer service mindset and strong communication skills are essential in working with internal and external subject matter experts to translate business requirements into data visualization and integrity needs. The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to the development a business intelligence strategy, setting short and long term goals and objectives for the implementation of a data warehouse, the development of data visualizations and the execution of data integrity and cleanup initiatives. The Analyst will participate in discovery sessions for the data warehouse implementation, draft visualization requirements, and develop dashboards/visualizations. These visualizations will empower staff to understand AANA’s customer and member journey, providing insight into needs, essentially identifying behavior and needs gaps. IT Project Manager The AANA is recruiting for a brilliant IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager oversees high-priority technology projects and product backlog, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. This position manages multiple small/medium projects/backlog items from original concept through final implementation. This role interfaces with all affected areas of the project, including end-users, constituents and vendors. This position ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. The IT Project Manager may communicate with senior level management regarding the status of specific projects. While reporting to the Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to ensure project management delivery adheres to AANA EPMO processes and templates; the position has a dotted line to the Senior Director of IT who will prioritize work and provide technical direction. This position requires a deep understanding and experience with IT project management, including a variety of approaches, methodologies, best practices, tools and templates. The IT PM will develop and routinely update project plans, schedules communication plans and the like, perform regular risk and issue management, status reporting; manage project budgets; define, coordinate and support user acceptance testing, training, rollout and transition to operations. The IT PM assists in managing vendor relationships and ensures that contracted deliverables are met on time and within budget. The IT PM leads project teams in the successful planning and execution of all stated project objectives.
