Chapter Services Job Description
The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) is a global association with 14,000 members headquartered in Chicago. ACG is seeking a full time Chapter Services Manager. ACG’s working environment emphasizes collaboration, teamwork and innovation. The Manager is a key member of the Chapters and Membership team.
Excellent customer service skills are essential to success. Applicants must have database experience and demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in iMIS (or another association management system) is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Customer Service:
Serve as the main point of contact for 40 assigned chapters on questions and issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular outreach with Chapter Executives to understand needs, resolve problems and build relationships
• Serve as primary point of contact in regards to new technology questions and/or concerns
• Serve as primary point of contact for chapters regarding website functionality and updates
• Work with web provider to monitor chapter web issues including testing new functionality
• Manage ongoing communications via broadcast email tool
• Coordinate annual Chapter Leaders Regional Meetings
Membership Support:
Work with membership team to provide service and support and to achieve membership growth
- Answer general membership emails and phone calls
- Support monthly leadership calls
- Membership reporting and analysis
- Ongoing evaluation of ACG business rules/processes
- Support team on annual conference, ACG InterGrowth®
Committee Support:
Assist other team members with action items and requests for committees.
Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
